Limited street parking is available around the salon on Ann Street, Little Lylee Street, and Little Albion Street.

These streets are within walking distance of the salon, but parking spots can fill up quickly, especially during the day.

Policies and Deposits

When booking online, a deposit fee of 40% of the total appointment cost is required. This is not an additional charge but a contribution toward the total cost of the services you will receive on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Refunds: Booking deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be credited toward the new appointment time.

• Forfeited Deposits: Any bookings that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.

No Shows and Late Arrivals:

• No Shows: No shows are considered cancellations within this policy, and the above terms will apply.

• Late Arrivals: Please be aware that if you are late for your booking, we may not have time to provide your full service. In such cases, please contact the salon as soon as possible at 0404 300 095.

Exceptions for Illness:

• We understand that sudden illness can make it difficult to attend your appointment. In such cases, we can reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. The deposit for the rescheduled appointment will be non-refundable and will remain valid for up to 7 days after your original booking. Please contact the salon to reschedule.
